Ability to export (and import) settings for smart folder.

It would also be great, if one could export the settings for several smart folder at the same time.

I can make that easier. If you're feeling impatient you can kind of do this already. The smart folder settings are stored in the preferences file and you can access it from the command line or whatever method you prefer.
