this always happens when flirt trying to send a "add friend" with an account that have login problems (i think thats affecting all accounts that have the new red dot in the profil picture of the account menus.)

I think the problem is that some of the fetch request templates were missing from the new data model... Xcode is supposed to copy them all over with each new version, not sure why it didn't. If the new update doesn't fix this problem then there is something else going on, but I think it will.
